How long does shipping take?


Express Shipping within Australia is 1-3 business days for metro areas, and 2-5 business days for rural.*

International shipping times vary, 1-2 business days for Express Shipping to New Zealand and 2-5 business days for the rest of the world.*

Express Shipping is $12 within Australia, and free over $300

Do you ship internationally?


Yes we do. 

All international orders are shipped via DHL Express.

How can I track my item?


Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email, along with the tracking details for your order.

Will I need to pay for customs & duties?


When orders shipped internationally reach their destination country, they may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Australia’s 10% GST is not charged on international orders. This tax will automatically be removed at checkout once your delivery address is complete.

Unfortunately, ROAME. cannot be held responsible for any possible custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be enforced upon arrival. These will remain the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

RETURNS

How can I return my order?


Please first read through our Returns Policy to ensure your garments meet the requirements for a return.

Can I exchange an online purchase?


Yes, you can exchange an online purchase. 

Please email hello@roame.com.au for help reserving the item you would like to exchange for.

Do I have to pay for my online return?


All shipping costs for online returns for change of mind will be at the customer’s expense. 

Our Australia Post Return Portal offers a flat rate return shipping of $15 AUD via Australia Post. 


Can I return sale items?


All sale items not marked as final sale are eligible for a direct exchange of equal or higher value, or credit note, unless deemed faulty.

Can I return an item purchased from David Jones or one of your stockists?


We cannot accept returns for items purchased through David Jones or another ROAME. stockist.

All items purchased from David Jones will need to be returned to a David Jones store or to their online warehouse.

All items purchased from any of our ROAME. stockists will need to be returned directly to the stockist. 



I have a faulty item from David Jones, can you refund me?


We will do our best to assist you with finding a replacement or repairing your item, however, to receive a refund, any faulty items will need to be returned to David Jones directly. 


How do I return a faulty item?


If you have received a faulty item, please email us (hello@roame.com.au) with your order number, accompanied with a photo and explanation of the fault. 

Once we receive this request, we will be in contact as soon as possible to arrange a replacement or refund for you.

EDITING AN ORDER

Can I edit/add items to my order?


If you need to swap the size of the same product in your order, please email hello@roame.com.au for assistance. Our team will endeavour to edit your order before it has been dispatched, however, we are unable to guarantee this. 

We are unable to add items to an existing order once you have checked out. Please place a separate order for additional pieces.


Can I edit/change my delivery address?


Please contact hello@roame.com.au as early as possible if you need to edit your delivery address. 

Our team will endeavour to edit this before your package is dispatched. 

If the order has already been collected by Australia Post or DHL, we are unable to change the delivery details, and you will need to contact the postal service directly to amend this. 


Can I change my shipping method to express?


Please contact hello@roame.com.au as early as possible if you need to change your shipping method to express. 

Our team will send through an invoice to pay the express postage cost. Once completed, your order will be dispatched. 

Please note, if your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to change the shipping method.

SIZING & STOCK AVAILABILITY

What is the AU equivalent of your sizing?


Our size conversions work as follows:

Size 0 = AU 6

Size 1 = AU 8

Size 2 = AU 10

Size 3 = AU 12

What is your sizing like?


Our sizing is generally true to size for most items. 

If an item is oversized or slim-fit, it will be specified under the Product Features & Fit tab under the garment.


An item is sold out in my size, will you be receiving more stock?

In line with ROAME's sustainability values, we order smaller quantities to minimise waste. Therefore, our stock is limited.

However, if you size is sold out online, we recommend contacting any of our stockists to find our item.
