All international orders are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), meaning all relevant import taxes and duties are paid at the time of checkout. There should be no additional charges when your order arrives. Duties and taxes are non-refundable after your order has shipped, and are non-refundable if you return your item. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau or by hiring a customs broker.
Australia’s 10% GST is not charged on international orders. This tax will automatically be removed at checkout once your delivery address is complete.

Yes, you can exchange an online purchase.

All shipping costs for online returns for change of mind will be at the customer’s expense.
Sale items can only be returned for credit notes or direct exchanges.

We cannot accept returns for items purchased through David Jones or another ROAME. stockist.
All items purchased from David Jones will need to be returned to a David Jones store or to their online warehouse.
All items purchased from any of our ROAME. stockists will need to be returned directly to the stockist.
If you have received a faulty item, please email us (hello@roame.com.au) with your order number, accompanied with a photo and explanation of the fault.
Once we receive this request, we will be in contact as soon as possible to arrange a replacement or refund for you.
EDITING AN ORDER
If you need to swap the size of the same product in your order, please email hello@roame.com.au for assistance. Our team will endeavour to edit your order before it has been dispatched, however, we are unable to guarantee this.
We are unable to add items to an existing order once you have checked out. Please place a separate order for additional pieces.

If the order has already been collected by Australia Post or DHL, we are unable to change the delivery details, and you will need to contact the postal service directly to amend this.

Our sizing works as follows:
Size 0 / XS = AU 6
Size 1 / S = AU 8
Size 2 / M = AU 10
Size 3 / L = AU 12
Size 4 / XL = AU 14

Our sizing is generally true to size for most items.
If an item is oversized or slim-fit, it will be specified under the Product Features & Fit tab under the garment.
In line with ROAME's sustainability values, we order smaller quantities to minimise waste. Therefore, our stock is limited.
However, if you size is sold out online, we recommend contacting any of our stockists to find our item.
