AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

We use Australia Post Express for all orders within Australia.

Delivery time frames begin from the time the parcel is collected by the courier. For rural areas, please allow an extra 2-5 business days for delivery.

We recommend you indicate your daytime address for delivery purposes.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All New Zealand orders are sent via Australia Post Express. All international orders are sent via DHL Express which requires a signature upon delivery.

PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 1-2 days for our team to prepare your order for shipment. You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

DUTIES & TAXES

All international orders are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), meaning all relevant import taxes and duties are paid at the time of checkout. There should be no additional charges when your order arrives. Duties and taxes are non-refundable after your order has shipped, and are non-refundable if you return your item. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau or by hiring a customs broker.

Australia’s 10% GST is not charged on international orders. This tax will automatically be removed at checkout once your delivery address is complete.
