FULL PRICE ITEMS
Full priced items are eligible for a refund within 14 days from delivery.
*This includes items purchased using a welcome code.
TEMPORARY PROMOTION ITEMS
Items purchased during a promotion are eligible for a credit note or exchange equal to the purchase value within 14 days from delivery.
SALE ITEMS
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. We do not offer refunds or credit notes on any sale items unless deemed faulty. Additionally, we are unable to amend or cancel orders that have already been placed.
FAULTY ITEMS
If you receive an item you believe is faulty, please email hello@roame.com.au with your Order Number, accompanied with imagery and a brief summary of the fault. If deemed faulty, we will be in contact to rectify your order.
EXCEPTIONS
Swimwear and Caps are unable to be returned due to health restrictions and hygiene reasons.
