RETURNS POLICY

We hope you love your ROAME. Pieces.

However, in the instance you need to return your item, the following conditions apply:

FULL PRICE ITEMS

Full priced items are eligible for a refund within 14 days from delivery.

*This includes items purchased using a welcome code.

TEMPORARY PROMOTION ITEMS

Items purchased during a promotion are eligible for a credit note or exchange equal to the purchase value within 14 days from delivery.

ARCHIVE SALE ITEMS

Archive Sale Items cannot be returned. We do not offer refunds or credit notes on any Archive Sale items unless deemed faulty. Additionally, we are unable to amend or cancel orders that have already been placed.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you receive an item you believe is faulty, please email hello@roame.com.au with your Order Number, accompanied with imagery and a brief summary of the fault. If deemed faulty, we will be in contact to rectify your order.

EXCEPTIONS

Swimwear and Caps are unable to be returned due to health restrictions and hygiene reasons.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Before submitting a return request, please ensure the below conditions are met:

  • The goods are within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Item(s) is in original condition, unworn, unused, and unwashed (be mindful when trying garments on that there is no transfer of makeup as we will be unable to accept it)
  • Item(s) is in original packaging with original tags attached.

ROAME. Reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our conditions of Return within our Returns Policy. This policy adheres to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
