We hope you love your ROAME. pieces for years to come. However, in the instance you need to return your item, the following conditions apply:
ONLINE PURCHASES
FULL PRICE ITEMS
Full priced items are eligible for a refund, exchange or credit note within 14 days from delivery.
*This includes items purchased using a welcome code.
TEMPORARY PROMOTION ITEMS
Items purchased during a temporary promotion through discount code are eligible for a credit note or exchange equal to the purchase value within 14 days from delivery.
SALE ITEMS
Sale items are not eligible for refunds. Returns of sale items are only eligible for credit notes (in the form of a digital gift card, valid for 3 years).
FAULTY ITEMS
If you receive an item you believe is faulty, please email hello@roame.com.au with your Order Number, accompanied with imagery and a brief summary of the fault. If deemed faulty, we will be in contact to rectify your order.
RETURN EXCEPTIONS
Caps are unable to be returned due to health restrictions and hygiene reasons.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
Before submitting a return request, please ensure the below conditions are met:
- The goods are within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Item(s) is in original condition, unworn, unused, and unwashed (be mindful when trying garments on that there is no transfer of makeup as we will be unable to accept it)
- Item(s) is in original packaging with original tags attached.
ROAME. reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our conditions of Return within our Returns Policy. This policy adheres to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
RETURN SHIPPING & COSTS
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. ROAME. does not provide prepaid return labels or cover the cost of postage for any returned items (including refunds, exchanges, or credit notes), except in the case of a verified faulty item.
To ensure your return is processed successfully, please note the following:
- Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will not be included.
- Trackable Services: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. ROAME. does not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not liable for any items lost or damaged in transit back to our facility.
- Finality of Delivery: A return is only considered "received" once it has been delivered to our specified return address and inspected by our team.
- Faulty Items: If an item is deemed faulty by our team (following the process outlined in the "Faulty Items" section), ROAME. will reimburse the return shipping costs or provide a pre-paid label at our discretion.
